1) What is the price range for your dresses?

Our dresses are priced from $1500-$5000, however most dresses are in the $2000 to $2500 range. We also have a selection of “off the rack” dresses that are from $750-$1500.

 

2) Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses or bridesmaids dresses?

Yes, an appointment is required to VIEW & TRY ON wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Please call to book an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT STORE MAY BE CLOSED WHEN NO APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED.

 

3) How long is an appointment? And what do I need to know about my appointment?

Appointments are one hour. Please do come to your appointment on time. Please do call us if you are running late.

A. You will be asked to remove shoes. You can put on slippers provided by us or be barefoot. Shoes are absolutely not allowed on the floor.

B. Food & Drinks are not allowed. Please don't wear make-up to your appointment. We may ask you to wipe your hands with wet "baby-wipes".

C. If you are bringing in stollers or wheel chairs, please call and notify our staff in advance. Please note seating is limited.

D. Photos are not allowed anywhere in the store!

 

4) What are the sizes of your dresses?

Most of our dresses are size 6 to 12. If you are concerned with sizing, please call us prior to making an appointment.

 

5) How long does it take to order a dress?

Wedding dresses take up to 6 months to come in. Bridesmaid dresses take about 4 months. We therefore recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 8 months before wedding date and 6 months for bridesmaids dresses considering alteration time.

 

6) What are Trunk Shows?

Trunk shows are special events we hold in the store when we would bring in the future collection from a designer a few months before they are available in the store. The dresses are usually the first batch of the new styles made. Trunk shows are great opportunties for brides to try on the lastest styles before they run out time. Brides are given incentive to purchase during the show.
